Yes, spouse is the one being sponsored. So i put "0", right? Also, on Part 5. #7 Optional: Should I put "1" since my son who is the petitioner lives with us? My son does not meet the requirements of Poverty guidelines, he only work part time bec. he's a full time student at this time. I am the co sponsor and i will fill out the I-864. Does my son who is the petitioner needs to fill out I-864 also?   Which box on Part 1.  being the co sponsor?  Need help on this pls...we are so confused. Thank you for your time reading my post.

I would like to ask how much is the fee for the AOS? and Biometrics?  Does she also need to have her Medical Examination before her Biometrics? Is there a specific Medical Center she need to go for her medical exam?

My  son is filling out the form I-130 and got stuck on the Beneficiary Entry Information page. His wife first entered in US with H4 visa and it expired on 3/2/2016 but now she has an F1 Visa . On question 46.b it asked, Form I-94 Arrival Departure Record Number...where can she find this number? 

In their marriage certificate, the name reflected is still in her own full name and last name. Will it be changed automatically if she use her husband's last name in her AOS, and I-765? She wanted to change her name to her marriage name bec. they're already married. thanks again. 

She  has not change her passport name yet. She plan to change all her government ID's, including her school ID after her AOS.

Not at all. We're  just worried because her family is here and that the interviewer might think she just want to get married to stay here with her family. But We are truly in love and want to start a family together.
