    hello guyz...i got and email for the date scheduled for my son's interview my question is can u use the email to present to the consulate in the philippines or is there any document that the philippine embassy will send to my family ? thanks guyz for the info...

      Yes you can use the email. Print it and present it during the interview.

    Hello, My mom(LPR) petition for my brother last year (June 2012) he turn 21 years old on June 30th,2013, he receive his approval letter on August 19th,2013. I am assuming he will fall under the F2B category since he turn 21,which i understand will take a very long time.Is there anyways he can benefit from the F2A category since just after his birthday he receive his approval letter?

    hey just wondering in the work/education/ training section of the ds 260 form under current occupation there is a question which asks what occupation do you intend to work in the us does anyone have any idea what to put here as im british and i dont intend to work till ive adjusted my status in the usa i intend to marry first then once i have adjusted ,y status and become a resident then i will work right now i dont have a clue what to do out there lol some please help me may thanks Rob1024...

      If you have enough evidence like joint bank account, joint lease,car or health insurance policy with both your names, I don't think you need affidavits from friends. Because when I had my ROC couple yrs ago, I did not have one.
