If I put a 0 or leave 24.b and 24.c blank do I select number 25?

For Part 6 24.a I put my income for 2022 (Is above the poverty level) 24.b I did not file income tax (We were not in the USA) 24.c I did not file income tax (We were not in the USA) Do I just put 0 for those 24.b and 24.c or leave them blank?

I am petitioning my wife only since both I and my children are citizens. So in number 1 i put 1 Number 2. 1 Number 3. 1 Number 4. 2 Number 5. 0 Number 6. 0 Number 7. 0 House hold size auto computes to 5 in number 8? Do i need to change that to 4 or am I missing something? What is also the current 125% of the federal poverty guideline for a family of 4?

Since i-765 and i-131 are optional we have decided not to file it. For the tax transcripts since my income was below the required level for filing we will be attaching a letter stating that. I was not working in the USA then and income was very low when converted to USD. I will ask for a letter from my employer. Will add the biometric fee. Anything else?

So we need to go to see a doctor for the i-693? any idea how much this costs?

Do we also need to send the I-693? What also happens if we have some documents missing or some answers are wrong on the form? Do they reject the whole petition and we have to pay everything again or do we just add to the existing petition?

Hello, I am a USC my wife is not. All our children are USC. We have been married for 15 years. I was offered a job in the USA with a start date in March 2022. I then moved back to the USA this year I am working and have a residence we pay for. My wife currently uses her tourist visa to go in and out of the country. She is currently here and since the situation has changed we have decided to start the petition process here and adjust her status. Based on what i was reading i would need to file a i-130 and i-485 at the same time. 1. Can I file this a few weeks after she arrived in the USA? 2. While we are waiting for her green card can she leave the USA and come back? 3. What other forms do I need to fill out and send along with the I-485 and I-130 4. She has a 6 month visa what will happen if we don't hear back from immigration before it expires 5. Do we send all the forms at the same time? 6. We are currently in California Los Angeles where do we send the forms? 7. Can we file everything online or just better to mail it all in? Any other questions I forgot to ask or anything I should know? Thanks.
