    Approved 1-29f i checked my status on the uscis site i got this message stating on august 28 they mail me a notice that they approve my i129f petition to wait to follow instruction on the notice

      Nop it does not need to be notorize! And also when they asked yo about the United State Consulate you should put the US consulate in your country , the one you will use for your interview!

      hi everyone i need help with something i just received my RFE from immigration for I-129f stating please provide an original statement from establishing your intent to marry the beneficiary within 90days of his admission to the united state. you may also submit copies of any evidence you have establish your mutual intent to marry one another

      RFE are case to case basis...it may be lack of requirements or you failed to answer some questions or more proof to prove your relationship.

      Your petition has been transfered to a service center for processing, the Vermont Service Center (VSC). Once they have approved your petition you will recieve what is called an NOA 2, or the 2nd Notice of Action. This is all standard.
