    Hi There,

    Same here, I130 filled online on Nov, date change on Jan 20.. my case supposed to be handle by Texas but unfortunately it got assigned to Nebraska, when looking at the case processing times for TX its Oct 22,  Nebraska way behind(  Jan 2019).

    If a banking associate gives anyone a hard time,   go to a manager or VP or President or try another bank

    i added Adil after filing our 2010 taxes and getting ITIN and he didn't get his visa till 2015 

    i pay everything on time so all this gave him a good credit score when he got here and he was able to buy a new car

    Probably it was simple to add someone back then even without an ID, i am not sure if it's possible these days.. There is one thing people can do is to add your spouse to 401K if he/she has one.

    How long did it took to get a response from the day u submitted all your online documents?(for the case to be completed)

    Also did u receive interview date or not yet!!!

    You don't have to wait until you get ur interview letter to get the medical exam done or at least make an appointment,

    I have 2 quistions:

    1- what is the meaning of COA ..(appreviation of what) ? what is the approximate time to receive it ?

    2- my PD May 2004 .. but my brother did not ask me for any documents for my kids and my wife ... did it mean that he applied only for me? or he will ask me all details after starting my visa processing in NVC ?

    Can you preditcion for my file .. apoximatly ..when it will be currunt ?

    Instructions:

    If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:

    1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.

    2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list

    3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))

    On page no. 282 and line no. 24 of this CIR bill...they clearly mention that they will increase visa for F4 catogery...they give 40% to F4...so 40% of 480000 is 192000.......so they increase visa from 65000 to 192000........

    I think that part fall under SEC. 2305. RECLASSIFICATION OF SPOUSES AND MINOR

    2 CHILDREN OF LAWFUL PERMANENT RESI3

    DENTS AS IMMEDIATE RELATIVES. ( page280)

    it has nothing to do with sibling....correct me if i am wrong.

    Interview tomorrow, APR-02-2013, US Embassy Islamabad. 8:00 AM.

    What they asked for: a petitioner document + medical results + passports + applicant photos.

    What we're taking (in totally transparent folders): new I-864s + most recent tax returns + new PCCs + new DS-230s + medical results + the required petitioner document + family photos + old and new passports + applicant photos + CVs + Degrees + photocopies of what is already submitted to the NVC + some other miscellaneous documents + alot of hopes!

    write your case umber on subject line and then write on message body principal applicant name and his date of birth, petitioner name and his date of birth.

    and attach required documents...

    BUT you have to wait until you have not receive your choice of agent/ Mean when nvc will start your case processing then you can add/include your other derivative beneficiaries names.

    I suggest you dont send email to NVC until they inform you by department..

    you have to wait.

    Send a email mentioning the marriage status change and scan the marriage certificate along with birth certificates for your brother's wife and kids. Then they will include your brother's wife and kids name into the petition. It's simple.

    Hello VJ,

    I am new to F4 process, i am the petitioner for my brother, i just received I-130 email approval (Priority Date is September 2006).

    When i filed I130 back on 2006 my brother wasnt marrried, now that he is married with 2 little kids, what kind of documents do i have to send to the NVC so he can add his wife and kids with his case?

    The wife and kids can be added as derivatives when your brother's case is forwarded to NVC (National Visa Center).

    When brother receives the Choice of Address and Agent (DS-3032), he can attach a letter stating that he would like his wife and kids to be included as derivatives on his F4 petition.

    Original copies of their marriage certificate and kids' birth certificates should be included in the letter.

    Assumimg his kids are still under 21 they and his wife can all come with him. ( Assuming they are still married )
