I am a newbie here......But, I noticed that a few people have mentioned getting RFEs for not having dates on the supporting pictures that they sent in.

I sent about 6 pictures of him and myself in my original k-1 packet. I did not put dates on the back of them. But, I put our names and where we were at. Also, I made it clear that I have only visited/spent time with him one time. I sent my itinerary from the trip and baggage tags.

Just from experience, do you think they will put 2 and 2 together and overlook the missing dates on the pics? I was very uneasy about doing this myself but I am very confident that I sent everything requested and all documents were completed fully.

I spoke with two lawyers before applying. When I went for the first consultation with each office, I already had the package done, everything signed, and all supporting evidence with me. They must have been very honest people. Because both of them agreed that I could do this myself and still be just as successful. As long as you send accurate and complete information, Make sure to check over all documents for mistakes, and send up to date forms, you should be fine.
