is applying for the visa while i was in the U.S was better than returning back home and apply for it ? i heard you can get more chance to apply while in the U.S .

i'm already in my home country , and i appled for the visa from my home country and got rejection , i didn't apply for the visa from the U.S.A .

actually i got rejection of my visa , he said i don't have a proof for you to come back after completing your study , but how they gave me a b1/b2 visa last time ???!!! and i went to the U.S.A with my brother last september caus i graduated from hight school and my father wanted me to visit the U.S as a gift for that , they issued me 6 months stay in the U.S , since the deadline to apply for the universities in tunisia was over while i'm in the U.S , i decided to extend my stay and apply for a university there, i stayed about 5 months with my brother visiting places and enjoying and then came back , so i didn't even think of staying illegal , and why returning to tunisia to apply for a student visa when i can stay illegal with my visitor visa ?!! that's what pissed me off ! i'm 19 years old , my father is my sponsor , i still live with my parents , i own nothing , i have no work here , i'm just a student . i can't study in the united states because i'm still young for that ?

i don't have anything for me , what kind of proof they need from me !??

what document i need to prove that i'm coming back after my studies ?
they said strong social , economic , familial ties , if my father is rich is that enough ? actually he work as a director in the ministry of the envirement and we own 3 houses in our country . is that good to prove ?

hi , my father studied in the U.S for 11 years , i have 2 brothers and a sisters U.S CITIZEN ( my 2 brothers are now in the U.S ) , i'm not a U.S CITIZEN , i'm tunisian citizen , i graduated from high school in june 2013 , got b1/b2 visa to the U.S , went with my brother to the U.S in september and stayed with him , he wanted me to stay with him more so he suggested me to apply for a college and study in the U.S , my father encouraged me to do that too , i applyed for the college for fall 2014 (this fall) and have been accepted and got all the paperwork with me (my brother and my father will sponsor me) , i returned back home 1 month and a half ago , and now i'll apply for the student visa .

1) i want to know what kind of questions they ask ?
2)what's the percentage of getting the visa ?
3)do i will face any problem getting my visa approved ?

if my brother fill for me a petetion on my b1/b2 visa , i can stay in the U.S like i want or i have to go and return as my visitor visa periode of time ?

that means he can sponsor me for a green card ?

yea but i'm not accepted in a university yet because in tunisia there is a waiting of time before you can apply for a university and we are now at this periode of time and my appointment is in monday 8 june (this monday).
