Steve and I have been in a relationship since Oct. 2001, about a year after "meeting" in a chat room on aol. We've had the luxury of seeing each other on a regular basis (10 hour drive). Shortly after meeting, Steve was diagnosed with a serious health condition, but, stayed reasonably healthy until January of this year. It was a rough several months, but we were fortunate and I was able to spend most of it there with him. Thankfully, he received his new organ in June of this year (2005) and we are now better prepared to file for the K-1. A little less stress now :-) We've had a lot of hurdles over the past 4 years, and we feel with what we've been through , we can survive this next part much easier if it enables us to FINALLY be together.
