Hey I was trying to ask hubby if he remembers. I know since both of u guys r nationals of DR it's less paperwork.... He said he believes it's copies of birth certificate ... Copy of IDs (cedula) of bride n groom ... Cedulas of witness... Divorce if previously married y if u guys have kids together additional charges...

Hey I just got married in DR in may... I was born in USA so I needed my orignial birth certificate , translation and the apostille.... A copy of your passport... Single statement.... I think my hubby just needed a copy of his cedula n as the same for the witnesses since they were born in DR.... Check out this link i list the documents needed... and for the translation and statement we went to some lawyer that charged a reasonable price....

Hey I'm from NY.... I just sent my I-130 and got the NOA1 on 07-17-13 and the file was sent to NBC so I'm assuming it might get transferred to the NYC local office.... GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE :-/
