I'm pretty sure it will be this week mami...i was calling every single day since the 17th and finally on the 26th i was given info on my case....and apparently it was recieved and given a case number since the 24th....i was soo mad but just dropped it...no point in complaining....i hope that doesn't happen to u! Have faith mami it will be this week!!

Nope...that's what i excitedly asked the rep and he said no...that the consulate has to recieve the case first and would either be in contact with the petioner or the beneficary about instructions

Well.... no one told me...i was going off of the most recent forum on here about being transffred to the TSC...lets just say i didnt like what i read at all...it left me with doubts but i did see a few timelines that had their cases approved like you said...so hopefully for those of us that do get transffred there are as lucky

Thank you well just barely into month 2 after our NOA 1 and its been so mentally and emotionally draining jejejejeje...then our case just got transffred to TSC so im getting mixed answers as to that service center so all i can still do is play the waiting and hoping game
