  1. Hi everyone, timeline is below. Just saw status change to transferred to local office today, called USCIS, and they recommended I get infopass appointment at my local office - only way they could suggest that I get any information other than "I'm sorry I can't see any processing times based on your application/receipt number/case/etc. It may be a waste of time at the appointment, but it can't seem to hurt...
Just saw this site/forum a few days ago, and just caught up with all the posts over the last few days. I can relate to everyone's thoughts and have gotten pretty much all the same questions, answers, thoughts, etc that everyone else has experienced. I'm just trying to be as patient as I can be. And I'm NOT a very patient person, so it's been tough...
Oh, and I'm from Texas, and my wife is in the Philippines. I'll be going over there this year for Christmas. I was hoping she could fly back with me, but it looks like that won't happen. Oh well, at least I get to see her again. I left PI six days after we got married and we've Skyped or Facebooked every day since. It will be good to be together again soon, even if it's just for a few weeks, until she can get approved and get over here. Good luck to everyone else also!!

Good luck bro. I'm in TX too. But my case hasnt been transferred yet. I cant even check my status online ever since. I have to call them everytime I want an update

And I grew up there in Cavite. My wife is from Cavite too :)

  2. Just checked online:

The first time my status showed up. No text no emails nothing. Thank GOD.

    Post Decision Activity

On October 2, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

    Congratulations!

  3. Ok so I called the USCIS twice, yesterday and today to get a status update on my case since I cant view it online. Yesterday the tier 2 told me that he will send a message to the person who's handling my case (means my case was already assigned to an immigration officer, right?) and he then said to wait 30-45 days for decision. Now a while ago I called them again just to be sure, Spoke to another Tier 2 and then told me that my case was still pending and still at NBC and wait 30-45 days for decision. I got 2 same answers to wait 30-45 days. Hopefully its true :)

  4. Ours was march 13 and i just checked again in the mycasestatus site and im back to this

Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

    Is this normal?

Yes. There's a glitch on their website, that's what they said. A lot of folks can't view their case status online too, I'm one of them. Good luck to all of us.
