Received a letter saying our interviews were waived and green cards will be processed....guess we won't receive them until next year sometimes

Does my parents need to bring anything to the interview other than what I sent immigration when I filed?

All 4 of our I485 apps were touched recently, but no status change. Hopefully, they will send interview soon. Also....our missing EADS for my step-son is still MIA

For the people who have received their EAD cards, how long did it take from receiving the approval letter in the mail to getting the actual card? Thanks.

About 3-4 days

4 EAD card was shipped to us....only received 3. Last touched by mail carrier who has no answers as to what happened to the other. USCIS said they won't respond until July 21st smh...hopefully, it's located soon

One more question....are people getting email and text notifications letting them know it's been approved or are they just receiving a letter? Read somewhere that people aren't receiving them because USCIS are having technical difficulties. Is this true?

Received the EAD cards today, but no AP....WEIRD. thought it would be a combo card or something

I filed an online inquiry last Saturday as I am on day 80+ for my EAD. Today on USCIS case history, it shows that it was assigned to an officer for response, followed by we sent a response regarding the case to your inquiry was completed. I have checked my E-mail and I did not receive anything. Does anyone know what this means?

Just called USCIS...my hubby EAD was approved since last week....just waiting on the delivery. He has several job offers now he just has to choose one!!!

Just saw an update on our case

"As of May 28, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxx, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice."

anyone else get this update? No updates on EAD either praying all goes smoothly.

My status changed....I pray it's an approved expedite. I got sick after having our baby and haven't been able to work so we really his EAD quickly

I am in new york they recieved my package April 27 I haven't hear anything as yet.

And how do I email them

Sorry I did not introduce myself, I am shawnakay I came on a k1 visa in october 2013 I got married in january 2014 before the 90 days, but I didn't file aos due to financial issues. We are now filing after 1 year and 3 months we are using a lawyer I'm soo scared and wondering if we are gonna face any problem due to the long wait I'm also any adusting our daughter but she is got get citizenship because my husband is also her father I'm just a little worried and anxious the lawyer sent out package April 25th I'm now waiting on noa 1 I'm soo anxious and worried if everything is gonna go ok.. we use a joint sposor..

I filed my husbands a year later as well. We got married April of last year..from wha I have read as long as the marriage was done within the 90 days we should be good. We mailed our package April 30th and did the biometric yesterday. Send them an email to inquire about your package

Biometric was completed on yesterday....now the real wait begins

I just received the email (well 12 back to back emails) saying my package was accepted HAPPY DANCE!!!

Is there anyone besides me that mailed off the AOS and have not received a notice. I mailed it on April 1, 2015

Update: My fiance and his kids did their POE in Atlanta on March 12. Our wedding is scheduled for April 26 and I am 3 1/2 weeks pregnant. Just left the doctor with the good news. I am so excited to finally give birth ;-)
