I had submitted Case Status inquiry on the 15th of May to USCIS and Just received this email from them.

On July 8, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC1802000215, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I am very excited. Finally, this chapter is over. Now I wait for the card and then I will apply for my citizenship. Thank you all for your support.

I am still waiting for my approval too. EAC18020****. Checked today: "On April 9, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EAC18020*****, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address". The wait is really frustrating.

"USCIS Issues New Policy on Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

Starting June 1, 2014, USCIS will limit the validity period for all Forms I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to one year from the date of submission to USCIS. Applicants must also submit Form I-693 to USCIS within one year of the immigration medical examination. USCIS will also provide additional ways to submit Form I-693. As outlined in policy alert PA-2014-005, this updated policy applies to any Form I-693 supporting a benefit application that USCIS adjudicates on or after June 1, 2014.

USCIS will hold an engagement on June 12, 2014 to address questions about the new policy and provide guidance on filing Form I-693. We have also updated the Form I-693 Web page on our website.

Is the medical good for one year from application or the date it was completed in your home country? I am confused.

An update for all. I received the approval for my EAD and AP. But left the US with the AP letter, thinking that it would be enough. Now the update.

I asked my wife to mail me the combo card. I received it in India and when I checked in, i presented just the leeter and they accepted it to issue boarding pass. At the terminal, there was secondary checking and they asked for the travel documents again. Again I presented the letter. I was told that if I don't have the combo card, they would have to off load me. I gave them the combo card and they let me board the plane. Same thing at the immigration counter. So, my recommendation is to definitely wait for and carry the combo card. Otherwise you will be stuck outside the US or sent bak from the airport at arrival.

I received NOA2 for Advance Parole and traveled out of the country with the paper. Now, my wife informed me that we have received the combo card. My question is - can I travel with the I-797 NOA2 Approval notice for the I131. Thanks for the help.

my AP/EAD were approved on the 18th so I'm just wondering how long til the status is updated to 'card is being sent to production' etc because the status hasn't updated yet from 'we ordered a new card...' and it's been 6 days now.

Hello everyone and congratulations to all approvals and receipts for EADs and AOSs. I guess I pissed off the USCIS officers with my EAD expedite and Calls where I guesss I will be the last Nov filer to receive anything. I hope they send me something soon. And, Perdita, good luck to you as well.

I appreciate the concern PerditaD. Now uscis can take their time. The doctor said that I have to rest for two - three weeks and go in for a checkup before I get an OK to work. Good Luck to you.

Just received a response for my inquiry for my EAD. They said that the time got reset because of the RFE. Since they received the response to RFE on 01/06, I have to start counting days from that date. Really sucks.

No news here either, other than uscis locking me out of my account for no fault of my own :/

According to signup conditions, you have to reset password every 15 days. Failure to do so, they lock you out and you got to change your password at that time using security questions or by sending them an email for help.

Still no News. Called USCIS today. They told me to wait 15 days for them to respond back. Any new updates from anyone else?

Got an email: EAD is in production!! YAY!!!!! Just for reference for you guys here is my timeline:

Nov 14 - AOS sent.

Nov 18 - AOS received

Dec 17 - Biometrics done

Jan 28 - EAD is in production. (HAPPY)

No REFs.

The wait was long and nerve-wracking...but I am sure all of you will be getting yours very shortly!! I think it would be a lot faster for all of us if it was not for all the holidays. God is good!!
