Received checklist, (10/1/13)with only photos on the list, due to being in EP. Called NVC, they told me our case is complete. 10/4/13, Received P4 letter, with 11/27/13 interview date. The wife, and I are excited. Finally, the light, at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for all your help.

Yeah, I sent the I-864 on 9/9 13. Everything is in ! Just hoping it doesn't take 30 business the review, all my files.

9/14/13 8:30am IV bill shows as paid. Filled out the DS 260. I guess, now it's time to wait !

I received the IV Bill today, of course, I paid it immediately. I sent all the pdf's, including the DS 230 to the EP address. I called the NVC, the woman I spoke to, told me, I have to fill out the DS 260, but the payment, has to show up as paid, BEFORE, I can fill it out. So, I have to wait a day of 2, or 3. LOL

I'll check on your EP topic. I filled out the Dc 261 online. When I get the email from NVC to pay the IV bill, I will email the DS 230, and other documents, and fill out the DS 260 online. I'll do both, just to make sure !!!

Today, I got the email, to start EP, new case number, starting with GZO, So I sent in the AOS pdf files. I am waiting to hear back, on the 3032, so I can pay and send IV files. You must be climbing the walls, waiting for your wife's interview. Once again, good luck !!!

Not yet. I sent in the EP request Thursday. Waiting to hear back from them. I paid the AOS bill and wife sent in the 3202 form

Since Chinese is official language of China. No translation is needed ?????

One question. My wife is in Shenzhen, she just got certified copy, of marriage license and police certificate, and birth certificate. The are in Chinese.

Do they need to be translated into English ?
