    I received 3 notification emails already this morning , they have received our papers for I485, I-765, and I-131. Thats 9 days after we mailed our packet.Not bad at all. Thank you:)

    Mine does too but my lawyer says that s not the case for my fiancé usa embassy in Italy ... Maybe we can ceck in the forums for e assets on what embassy's take the petitions after the approval and skip the nvc
    Not true is you read earlier in this thread ... Two people received case numbers

    I just typed in our receipt number tonite Philippine time.Low and behold I got to see our approval notice.
    We have the NOA1 date 12/11.
    Let me take this opportunity to thank you all for your help and support.It was quite a long journey to NOA2 but yes it was worth the wait.We would have felt lost along the way if not for your guidance and shared experiences.
    Let us stay positive:) Wishing everyone good luck!!!

    Which USCIS Office is this? that remains a question. how long will the processing be? I remain hopeful it will be done so soon. If they say "its now being processed" it could be that they are starting to adjudicate it now Let's us stay positive!!!! Lets this be our mantra. K1 approval sent! k1 approval sent! good vibes to everyone out there!

    We are DEC 6 also but there are lots of people in front of us with dec4 or dec5 so the random approval two days ago didn't mean anything. That they transferred lots of DEC/JAN cases is a big relief and is sth real GOOD and hey, we are early december which means maybe we can hope for a faster approval now. Think positive cause it has been the best that could ve happened today except for a NOA2 approval . I believe we are almost there.

    We received the same message this morning. I called USCIS and was told that this means that our office (VCS) is backed up and are transferring our case to a new office for faster processing. I asked if this meant that there were an issue with the petition and she said no. If there were a problem we would have received notification of this. I was told that this is to be looked at as a good thing and that it means they're trying to get a decision quicker. Once we receive the written notice in the mail it will inform us of what to do next and likely as to what office it is being sent to. We received our first NOA 1 on December 11, 2012.
