Hubby and I got married in India and I filed a I130 and that has been approved. He been here in the USA now for almost 2 years and his greencard will expire in December. I wanted to make sure we are filling the right form to remove his conditions I believe. I also have question about pictures. I have alot of vacation pictures together. Do I need to print all the pics of the places we gone or just the ones of us together?

My husband had his medical done at Max Specialty Hospital in New Delhi and since his x-ray showed scarring he had to have a spectrum test done. Well he called the hospital last week and found out that his test results are in and they was negative. Well I emailed the hospital and found out that his medical was mailed out to the New Delhi Embassy on Oct 23, 2015. Does anybody know how long it will take for the embassy to receive the medical reports and when we will hear from the embassy to schedule his interview date?

Not sure where to ask for help on this subject but I am sure somebody will come along and stick it where it needs to go. Well in July my husband had his medical done and there was some issue with his xray, so he needed to get a spectrum test done. He received a call from the hospital that did the xray on Oct 5 saying that his results are in and it was negative, but he was told that they will give him a call back and set up a second xray to get done. When we had to do medical from our denied K1 visa we had to have this spectrum test done but was never requested a second xray. We are stuck now still waiting for the hospital to call him and we cant set up his interview. Had anybody else had to have a second xray done before visa interview? Since he had his results back from the spectrum test is it ok to say we can set up an interview date? Thanks for the help.

I think you need to sign up on http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/index.html?firstTime=No for your biometric appointment. Once you fill out all info, this will be used as Indian passport tracking and delivery confirmation. On this site, you can log in and follow up on any inquiry about biomentric or passport problems after visa issued. you need to put exact passport detail as in passport because it will be used for passport match up for visa. good luck on interview.

Ok, we recieved our interview lettter for augest 18 @ 9 am. I have read that a biometrics appointments needs to be scheduled a day before the interview, but the interview letter does not mention. this. Does this mean my husband does not need this appointment?????

Ok, husband and I both received our interview letter . Now I see at the very beginning of this forum that we need to schedule an bio-metrics appointment? It does not say this on the interview letter, so we still need to make this appointment?

I swear I don't think these people know what is going on at NVC...I just called spoke to a rep who was apparently not interested in working at all...she told me no interview date, and she said they are not scheduling for August anymore...so I have no idea what is going on

Hmmm I don't know what to say. All I know is last week hardly any interviews was scheduled and only cc. So let's see what happens. I will be calling nvc as soon as I get home from work and I will ask again. I am done waiting lol :-[

What does second round of interviews mean??? This NVC rep have no idea what we are going through, I feel like they just say anything to get us off the phone! ? so sad- I called on Friday and all rep said was you just got a cc you need to be patient and wait for the interview to be scheduel most people have to wait at least two month and hung up, he didn't even let me talk ! A**h***!!!

I think it means they are scheduling for the rest of August this week.

I called NVC today- no interview yet and the rep told me they will stop scheduling interviews for august soon and start scheduling for September in a couple of weeks- I asked if ecuador august interviews slots were closed and she said she doesn't have that info. I know ecuador was one of the first country to start scheduling for because a friend cc on June 18 and was scheduale interview on June 26 for august 17. Ugh I'm so sad after taking to that rep, am I really going to have to wait for a September interview ??? Is there any chance I might get a august interview? I'm ready to pull my hair out with this NVC process.... ???

That's weird because I called today as well and the lady told me they are doing their second round of interviews for August this week.

Just wanted to get a quick status and see if anyone with Case Completes in May or before are still waiting for interview dates? My CC was May 12 and I am still waiting for a date. I called the NVC yesterday and was told no interview date has been scheduled yet. I was hoping for an August interview but nothing thus far...

We are waiting for interview at New Delhi in india, our cc is April 30. So it seems all are running slow and I hardly seen any August interview scheduled.

You still have until end of the week for them to give you a spot, hopefully you get a date.

I hope so. Ready for this journey to come to a close and have a normal life with my husband.

Still nothing for us yet. Shivanivivek got their interview last week. I contacted my senator to see if the can do anything, but I think it's a lost cause. :'(

same here, i donno about the boss part as i have a new one, i am hoping she is ok with me taking time off, i think i will probably be taking only 7-10 days off. i would love for both of us to travel here together but not sure if that would happen with the current state of affairs at DOS.

Maybe this is a way to torture me since I call the 2 times a day, but I have to find out the earliest possible date so I can request the time off to fly to India and support my husband during his interview. My boss is being nice enough letting me give her short notice.

Yes but they get to pick their interview dates. Something just seems off. It's been too long for no one being selected for New Delhi.

I was told nvc makes the interview date and the one person on this forum from New Delhi from April 16 cc date had theirs scheduled by nvc. Maybe it's time to call the embassy and see what they say although I know what they will say....nvc will schedule the interview. Going on 56 days since cc and waiting for new Delhi is starting to create anxiety for me. I feel like it's going to be forever although I know it's not true.
