    I called NVC and asked them is that mandatory to submit PCC at NVC? and lady from NVC said No. for Mumbai consulate NVC is not requiring PCC. Is that right? Pls help.

    I submitted to NVC. u should do that too otherwise they might send you a checklist

    Hi All

    Just received an email from NVC a hour back to pay AOS and IV fees which I did. Now will they be sending me bar code sheet or do I print it from somewhere where I paid the fees? Or will it be the same sheet which was sent in the email asking me to pay both the fees? Please advice. I called my lawyer but his assistant said he is busy and gave me an appointment for Next week Monday. I am going to fire him soon :-)

    Hello,

    I am bit confused and frustrated by the information that NVC provided to me but hoping someone can help me. We received our interview date from NVC last week via EMAIL that basically said what to bring to the interview. well, i am hearing from some people that Biometric appt needs to be scheduled before the interview and one said that fingerprint happens on the day of interview.

    When I go visit the website for the VAC, it talks about DS-160 but I filed DS-260. So, do immigrant visa applicant need to go thru VAC prior to the interview or does the biometric happen during the interivew?

    your fingerprint will happen during interview. but u have to get your medical done before the interview

    can i ask you when did your case get complete
