    NVC left on 2013-08-29 - I predict 2 or 3 months before casefile opened at GUZ IV. Still, keep calling DOS Hotline, asking for casefile status.

      I called DHL the rep couldn't find any from 8/29-9/3. I don't know what to do. I called DOS told me to call NVC.

      and then I called NVC she said case left 8/29, they have no tracking #.
