    By the grace of Allah our visa is issued. interview was on september 19th and CO said he is authorizing the visa and that my husband will get it within 7-10 buisness days. but when i checked status online after interview it said AP. today i checked again and it says ISSued and that visa has been printed,,with todays update date! :D Allah is great! imm so happy.. and i pray for everyone who is stuck in AP will get their visas issued soon in sha Allah! keep praying! and trust in Allah! He knows whats best :)

    Who knows. Anytime from 1st week to second week like they did this month for August.

    There should still be two more interviews for Pakistan since there are two ahead of the one who got there's yesterday.

    So I went to the Interview today with my husband and unfortunAtely he's plAced in Administrative processing... I literally cried my eyes out, the CO told me the case looks good I have everything and that he is unable to do anything but he says he told Washington (where the case is now sent) that they should approve it. Any suggestions, comments?

    He said it may take a month or a bit more, I said I'm know ppl who r stuck in it for 10 months... He replied even years...

    was he given Blue sheet or Green sheet?

    what were the questions asked to him?

    does the CO took his passport?

    how long does the interview took place?

    Someone help me...

    So I got a checklist for my husband's IV packet and they are saying that the marraige certificate isn't the original, but the problem is that it is the original. I called nvc today and he said he'll have a supervisor look at it which will take 3 weeks. I'm scared that the supervisor will tell us the same thing in 3 weeks that it's not the original.

    So I'm thinking if they are really just asking for the nikah nama (which is the Islamic marraige certification). Anyone send their nikah Nama? And if that's not what they are looking for then how can we prove that the marraige certificate is original? It has translation seal and government seal and all of it. I still am going to send the nikah Nama tomorrow but I'm just wondering if that's what they want. Because if it's not then me and my husband need to figure something else out.

    We sent the pure original urdu nikah nama and a seperate translation nikah nama with sealed stamped and notarized. We didnt get any checklist.

    my husbands knows two pakistani guys who had interview on the same day and one of the guy got visa on interview day stamped with passport. and the other guy got AP. they both were neighbors. the guy who got AP had "bin" in his name. well i am also hoping in sha Allah no AP for my husband when he has his interview! just keep praying to Allah and be positive! in sha Allah u will get visa approved and no AP!
