I just want to ask,.I am a Filipina married in Islam rights, but I was divorced through Islam court known as Shariah, I have all the documents that shows I am divorced, an authenticated NSO decree of divorce, Certificate of Divorce, The finality of Divorce and annotated marriage contract from NSO also... Will the US? Consul accept my papers? Or will my I be denied of Fiancé visa?

Any nov 2012 filers?......any reason why csc takes time to send an noa2 approval?..6 mos waiting period....patiently aggravating.....grrrrrrrrrr.

Yes we have the receipt for everything..we are still on the initial review status in uscis dashboard....hope they will consider the day we file ao that we can get our noa2 approval this coming may....too much to think in this matter..cant get enough sleep....whew!....

Yes we have it.....we have our receipt noa1 notice received after 3mos of application..our atty filed our petition nov 2012..we are disgusted with this process already...we also did ask our atty on this matter and he replied"The USCIS claims your case is functional as of Nov. 27, 2012. So you should be granted this Spring....i dont even know if we can get our noa2 this coming may...is anybody here can suggest of what we need to do?.....

Ive been checking some timeline and i noticed that you guyz got your noa1 notice a week after..i was a bit confused why it takes 3 mos of getting my noa1 notice...my fiance filed nov 27,2012 and received our noa1 feb 5,2013.. Does it mean that we will receive our noa2 after 6 mos from noa1 noticed?...that will be a long patience to take...feel like dying already....

Im waiting for my noa2...my fiance filed last nov 2012 got our noa1 notice last feb 2013 way longer than yours... unil now we are still wating for our noa2 approval...im pretty sick of being far from my man...patience come to those who waits...gods time...hope we can recieve our approval...
