    sis, im sorry for that,pls keep us posted when u have update on ur visa,right now all we can do is wait and pray.     Sis bukas malalaman mo ang result...pag walang nakitang scar sa xray mo go kana sa vaccines..pag sinabi ng guard bukas na proceed ka sa 2nd floor it means for vaccines kana at it means pasado kana sa medical...

    My fiance called the NVC for 3 consecutive days and told they haven't received it from USCIS. But yet, in response to Sen inquiry, they did on June 3.

    Could that be because it hasn't been completely processed yet ? As in, the phone reps at NVC, only see it once an NVC case # is assigned ?

    Also am curious as to what they mean as the "agent of choice" ?

    Thank you for expressing your concern about your K-1 visa filed. In response to my inquiry on your behalf, I have been in contact with and received the following information from the National Visa Center:

    Your petition was received June 3. Once it has been processed, you will be sent a letter with requests for your agent of choice and an affidavit of support.
