Honestly, I think after two denies in visa it will be very difficult to get a tourist visa or even B1.

One of my friends from Ukraine got denied J1 visa, after a few months she got denied F visa, and then she came to Canada and applied from here for a tourist visa and got denied.

She just really wanted to be with her boyfriend.

So it's up to you, but honestly i would't recommend doing that. Even B1 visa.

I am preparing documents now and I am confused about attachments.

If I have to make 3 attachments can I use just one sheet of paper or should i use 3?

And should I put all the information in the attachment already or i can write something in the G325 form and then just continue in the attachment.

If I was a student should i write occupation-student?

That's the point i will have my Interview here in Canada and i will not show my ukrainian passport there. So I just probably will put N/A there.

I have a question. Hope i can get the answer here because I'm a little bit confused.

I am in Canada now on a working visa and using my international passport.(that's what we have to use if we go abroad) I don't have my middle name in this passport but in my Ukrainian passport i do. On all the docs i have here in Canada it's just my name and last name as it is shown in my international passport.

So, the question is should i put me middle name in G325 or it will be confusing for everybody as long as i am not using my ukrainian passport here at all. I left it at home.

As far as i understand that's the time when the embassy will get my documents?

I am in Canada now on a working visa and I will apply soon for my new work permit. I am pretty sure I will get it but just in case if I don't and will have to go back home can I change later the embassy and have an interview in my country even if i have put Montreal as an embassy in I129F?

We will start our process soon. I am actually from Ukraine but i am in Toronto for almost one year already on a working visa. I am planning to stay and work here for one more year by the time i get my visa. So worried already.
