Hi , is anyone from jordan stil waiting after the (non convection certificate ) story

I send mine on dec 11 and they send me email that they recieve this "missing" paper from our file , now just waiting them to review it , i see some people got cc after 2 week from the date they send this certificate , please any one from jordan let us know if you hear any thing or get the cc

It took them 12 days to review it (I dont know how that happened) however I recivied email said 60 days story on Dec 10.

So they might review yours shortly. Wish u the best inshallah ?

No got CC on the 12th, the non-convection certificate was emailed on Nov. 5th.

If they just emailed it few days ago it won't be in the system yet. Can take 2-3 weeks for the to add it to your file.

I checked my case in CEAC today and my AOS FEE changed to N/A. I just called the confirmed A CASE COMPLETE. I hope u will hear something soon. Good luck

So u not wait 60 days to review your non-convection certificate ? Right ?

Today i call to ask if they recieve the non convection cer, but they told me nothing in the system right now and the lady told me call next week .

I send the document via immigration center here in amman and they told me we send the email on DEC/11/2014

I received the same thing on dec 10, but I sent mine on dec 5.

I hope it doesn't take longer to review it.

I hope there no 60 days to review it

This is unfair ,we sent the police certificate before and now they change there law ,why we need to submit this certificate and wait 60 days, i wait here in jordan from june just waiting the slow process with nvc

Do u think they send an email when they recive the non convection certificate? Or did they send email to you ?

Did they ask u for a non-convection certificate?

On 12/10/2014 i recieve a checklist for this certificate, i got it and send it the same day to them :/

Don't forget the cover sheet, and send both the Arabic and certified copy in English.

The file must be in PDFs.

I believe the cover sheet is not required for electronic processing you just put in your case number in the subject line.

Now they are telling us that our file is missing the police certificate which does not make any sense. If the lawyer didn't actually send the police certificate why didn't they asked for it in the first checklist with the other two documents they claimed missing?!?!? No further comment.

Im from jordan also and stil waiting with my wife (im the petitioner) i stuck here in jordan from june2014, waiting the nvc to complete my wife case , i call today and they suprise me about this non convection certificate) the lady told me every thing is fine but we need this certificate, i already send them the police certificate but no longer they need it , this is not fair

Now we have to wait another 60 days and another 30-40 days for the interview, im very sad

Please can u til me how i can send this certificate to them ?

I know how to got it for my wife, but i need info how to scan it and what is the email address , and what i have to write in the subject line.?

So if they ask me about work history i till them the truth, but maybe the officer ask why you dont mention that and why you answer NONE in the work history section

Pleas i need your advice , my english is 50/50 but i try my best to till the story

Im here in the united state since 2002 . I come with my husband and 2 children ( 2 & 5 years old at that time) .

My family here ( mother and 3 brother) all of them US citizen.

When we come here we have a visa 5 year i think its visitor visa .

My old brother alreay file a i 130 for us in (april/19/2001) so ots before the (april 30/2001)family act.

My i 130 approved since that time, last month my priority date current and the visa number available . my lawyer send to uscis chicago lockbox all form for me and my family ( i 485,i 765,i 131) with many paper and documents .

We all do the biometric last week, and now we are in the testing and review stage(uscis case status) for the i 485 form, every thing is ok untill now.

I'm concerned about the work history , my lawyer when he fill all form he eave it blank and answer NO for the question: are u ever work in the united state?

My 3 brother support me and my family since i come here in 2001 and they bay for my rent and also my mom give my a monthly salary . I have a nice and good family all time they take care of me and my husband and my kids.

When we send the backage for uscis also we send affidavit of support from all my 3 brother for each one ( me and the kids and husband) so every one have a 3 affidavit of support coz my old brother( the petitioner) dont mak more than 20.000 last year thats why my lawyer send a three affidavit of support to uscis.

Im think now about my interview. I dont want to lie if they ask me are u ever work or your husband ? , honestly i never work but my husband work sometimes just to feed our kids and me .

As i say i dont like to lie but my lawer already put in the application that we never work .

We dont have SSN by the way .

Please i need your advise what i gave to said if they ask me about this in my interview ?
