@apple 21 help me understand my situation. My spouse and kids with for interview on the 5/14/14 and were asked to bring current Affidavit of support, i sent 2012. and more evidence of marriage on the 06/19/2014. If they are approved this day. They would or wouldn't be given visas. Thanks

Same here. She would called and visa given. Lets be positive. I don't think you need to schedule for any interview, they will contact her as they said. Someone should correct me if am wrong....

Please don't take any action now. Just visit him and after a week U will decide what U really want to do. I cry almost everyday and very emotional over little issues all because of my three kids and husby that I have missed for almost 14 months now. Most often I asked myself why, why, why. Just to let U know, U are not alone. Cheer Up. The sunshine will surely shine again.

PD JUNE 2012 are lock up at the VSC while July, Aug and Sept fills that were transferred are receiving approvals left and right. This is not fair VSC

i was really hoping work transfers will speed up the process but seems like not by much if aug 24, got approved on aug 27 it is still one year process time. Hope vermont itself is working on September application and as of Aug 31, 2013 cut off for Vermont will be September 31, and each months they will approve two months of applications making wait time approximately half a year.

My PD June 26 2012 and I have not heard anything from VSC.

ooops I forget to sign the AOS form can this delay my process.

We did it. Thanks for all the help from those at visa journey we were Approved today. My husband said everything went well. The CO tried to trick my step daughter by asking how long her Mother had been in the US? My husband quickly jumped in and said no it was he who was in the US and it was their step mother was in the US. They asked a few more questions, bareley looked at the evidence and gave them the approval.

I am glad to have this part of the visa over.

Dear Debbie I know how you feel right now but don't forget that everything happens for a purpose. You never conceive during your stay with him because, he wouldn't have been a good father to yr kids and he would have eventually made U a single mum. Put all the pain behind and move on with your life you move like nothing ever happened.

Be careful and don't rash into another relation just to fill that vacuum. Some our men here are worse than that, with apology to all those who have good intentions in relationship. They will spend all your money, use you and damn you. All they do IS please use your credit to buy "this n that". I have an emergency and need yr help to visit home, I lost my mum can you lent me some dollar to home for the funeral. what is killing me about this attitude is that THEY will turn around and mock at YOU after they have gotten what they want from you. Do one need to filled separate AOS forms when needing a co sponser and paying for each form?

Vj members Please help me clear my doubt. I filled separate i 130 for my husby and his three kids which ages range from 13, 10 and 7. When I joint this forum I then understood that, I was suppose to filled only one form. Can I cancel or it is irrevesible. My money is gone for good!! Not yet approved.

I went there at the US embassy in accra Ghana for my second interview yesterday and when i get to the window at last she said where is your passport give it to me and she asked me can u travel before august 12? And i said yes i can and she gave me a blue ticket and said come back nest week Friday for your visa oh God i could not believe it soo now am going to be wit my wife and my fiance ? Wat a long journey it is i called her and she was soo happy wit our daughter i thank u GOD and u visa journey people thank u for your advise and everything .
