i got my EAD card today, it´s nice, reminds me of my drivers licence somehow hmmmm, anyway now i can start working!!!

i was wondering if i would have to go for interim EAD, and tonight when i got home i checked my email and there they were 3 emails.........i was approved!!!

One thing i did and worked for me, i explained the reverend i would need my marriage certificate asap and please to send it right away, some people have to work long for it in order to apply for AOS, i got my certificate 4 days after the wedding

so its always good to ask!

just to add.........i was in the system 1 week after my arrival, you might be lucky too so give it a try after a week ok

if you mean the regular uscis information number what you could do is when it is asking for your case number click option that you dont have it and it will send you to a person ok

My EAD was also approved last week and it came in the mail today. However it is only valid till 2/22/07.

Is this the norm, i thought it would be valid for longer than that. IF i haven't received my GC prior to that date, do i have to spend another $180 for renewal???

Please advise is possible !

im afraid that is true, EAD is good for 1 year and if u dont get GC before it expires you have to pay for renewal, the good news is that the GC seem to be getting faster, lets pray
