Attended Oath on November 3rd, about 40 minutes later walked out as a USA Citizen. Waiting for the passport now.

So finally Oath is scheduled the date is November 3rd. USCIS, Senator, Ombudsman told me I was inline from September 22nd  but online status changed to "inline for oath" on October 10th. The oath was scheduled on 14th October. Waiting for the oath letter now.

Thanks for the advice, this is the update.

Update: Received email from Ombudsman on 10/02/2017 saying the USCIS had made a decision on my case and because of that reason they will close the case as "Resolved." I called them right after receiving the email, and they told me to wait maximum 30 days for USCIS to contact me if they don't contact then Ombudsman's office will reopen the case and push USCIS again. 

Later I called USCIS and spoke with a Tier-2 officer, and he notified me that the case has been in-line for oath since September 22nd, 2017. They will send me a letter as soon as they have an oath ceremony date. 

The Ombudsman's office called USCIS on September 20th, 2017 and Senators office called them on September 22, 2017. So can't tell which one helped. I can not be excited until I am done with oath ceremony, after all these years of experience with USCIS, I am sure of one thing that anything can happen with USCIS.

Yup, it's taking too longggggg  They are just making me an immigration expert, lolz. I have a CPA firm was thinking should I start immigration consultation too

During my interview 4 other IO officer came with their pending files which were waiting for N-14 documents and asked for approval from my interviewer and she approved in front of me. 

 

My advice to all, Please go through the N-14 and make sure you carry these documents with you along with other documents you think they might ask for. Good Luck!!!

The won't get all of that from me, lol, neither one of us have an employer, being retired. Tax stuff and bank stuff I have, but I am not sure if they need all that from 5 year filers. I have a wodge of stuff to take, I'll just to the best I can

Hi,

Sorry for late reply. Wasn't around. I had 4 different conversations over the phone and was arguing about how it is already over 6 months recommended wait time.

Honestly, I can not say it helped but I felt I nudged them a little bit. During the last call, the lady said she will contact the person who has my file and update me within 10 days but I received the status change by the 6th day. 

I guess there is no harm in trying. Good Luck!

I know, the wait is frustrating. Considering my timeline looks like you just have a month to go until interview is scheduled
