Congrats on the twins! What a blessing!
Unfortunately having children together is not evidence of bona-fide marriage.
When my husband and I applied for my I-130 we had no bank accounts or leases together or anything. I sent hundreds of pictures (of all our visits to each others' cities), screenshots of whatsapp and facebook conversations, copies of passport stamps, marriage certificate, hotel reservations copies with both our names for vacations we took together, simple things I had kept for many years for a scrapbook I never made cause I'm not artistic at all lol.
For my removal of conditions I sent copies of ID's tickets and hotel reservations with both our names, every single bank statement we've received since I moved here, etc.
Send everything you can of the two of you together, anything that shows that you are more than just acquaintances that married each other for a visa...God luck with everything!

Hello all, I don't know if this will give anyone any hope, but I am an April Filer (4/4/16) and just received my approval letter a few days ago dated 3/20/17 and my online status still shows "received'.
All your approvals are coming very very very soon...

Just got my approval letter in the mail! It is dated 3/20/17!!!! No longer an outlaw (my husband calls me that now LOL). Funnily I just checked my case online and stills shows the same "Case Received" status.
Anyway. I have the letter and I'm now waiting for the card.Just updated the spreadsheet.
Hoping that everyone else gets a letter in the mail very very very soon!

Got my biometrics done about an hour ago. Now the real waiting game will begin. Hoping VSC starts catching up and sending everyone their NOA1s and biometrics appointment letter asap!

We got our biometrics letter 14 days after we received our NOA1.
Got my Biometrics appointment today. My husband just texted me a picture of it. The appointment will be 10 days before my vacation so I should be fine

Hi all,
I was wondering how long after you all got the NOA1 you received the Biometrics appointment letter. I only ask because I am an April filer and got my NOA1 on 4.4.16 but haven't gotten the biometrics letter, however I'm going on vacation May 16th and don't want to be having a panic attack all the time I'm away. Please let me know. Thank you!

That's the timeline for my specific case. I saw the check on my account on pending status since the 6th which is the same date as my NOA1.
For those who got their NOA1, did you see check get cashed before or after getting NOA?

Very excited! Although I am not able to check my case status online

Hi all, I just sent my package today but can't find the April Filers thread, anybody knows if it was created yet?

I filed my petition on my married name but never changed my passport or cedula, I just got my greencard and it's on my maiden name...
You can put her married name on the forms, but if she doesn't change her name on her IDs it won't matter.

I sent to the USCIS over 100 pics when we filed the case and brought another 50 to the interview just to be given back the ones I had sent on step one and never be asked for any other evidence. My experience would tell me not to bring anything if I had to repeat the interview, but I would still bring them just in case they ask me for anything else. Good luck!

My husband and I applied for the CR1 Visa on April 2013 and just got our NOA2 in December of the same year while K1's were being approved left and right. Now, unfortunately, roles have changed and it seems like K1s are taking long and Cr1s are being approved rather quickly.
I'm so sorry, but you'll just have to wait...
Since April 4th 2013 I waited and waited and have continued to wait and will finally travel on JUly 2nd to start a life with my husband... so, yeah, you have to wait quite a while before you get back there...

Yes, My approval letter was dated 3/20/17 and the site just updated on Saturday to card mailed. There is (at least for me there was) at least 2 week delay...
