Sii, certo parlo misto -inglese e italiano- hehehe! In sicilia che bello Isole sempre! But I'm planning to go in Milan on December Christmas. I heard that Milan is wonderful place:) really they approved??? Dove l'hai trovato? I didn't see it, My hubby filled it on Phoenix but we think that it went to Vermont, and sometimes some people approval that didn't takes long!

We filled the "expedite"... It's almost 2 weeks.. And we are still waiting! How's everyone doing?

We filled the cr1 last may 8 2013 then my hubby got email that they received it (may 9).. July 10 we've got received message it says we need to write letter to close my k1 visa denied last year august 2012 but my hubby called them to explain that the consulate gave me one sheet of white paper that it says "your k1 visa is refused in 33 days will be expired but if the uscis will received it expired they will not open it" then suddenly(thanks god) after 3 weeks we've received a...

I read that in order to file for a cr1.. I need to file in the country I was married in .. I am a legal resident of italy but my husband and I were married in Phillipines(my country of citizenship). Can I file in Italy since this is were I lived Or do I need to file in Manila?

No.the first step for obatinaing your CR1 spousal visa is for your U.S. resident spouse to file the I-130 application to sponsor you. Hi everyone!!! I just wanna know what we gonna take after got married the cr1 or I 130? I'm confusing.. What's the difference?
