Thanks all. God bless the teacer in yu Nich Nick because I'm really rubbish! Trying to do lots of this on smart phones doesn't have quiet the same result. Find the website hard to naivigate at times. I will be delighted when this visa is in my hand. Then I can go to states and fill in a whole load more forms! Haha! Thanks again all.

Hi. Medical booked for july 2nd in london. The receptionist told me I need to download and complete a form to bring with me. Looked on the embassy website but can't find it. Do we know what this form is called and how to find it? Thanks guys. X

Ooooh guys! A tough one! As I live in a country were our health care system is crippled daily by illegal immigrants, leaving the Citizens to suffer I totaly get the point. Hospitals placed in a very difficult situation!

Yes send documents. My medical is july 2nd to! The letter from the embassy is a little confusing. I would have sent my documents sooner but the letter says not to send anything until requested to do so. Good luck!

No. You can go ahead and book your medical anytime so long as you have your police cert and your medical records. Interview once you have results of medical sent bk to embassy.

Hi all! Just a quick one. Trying to book medical but a little confused as to what medical records I need. My G.P has offered me a copy of just my vacinations as other wise my whole medical history is pages ad pages! I have no health problems but my full record back to childhood consists of antibotics and a broken arm! Will this be enough or do I need a full brake down? Many thanks. X
