    Does anyone know how long before my wife is contacted for her interview after I have filed the I-130? She is in China and we are applying for the CR1 Marriage Visa. Please advise,

      When did you file? The first approval can take up to 8 months and then you are off to the NVC and after that you get an interview

    Hi,

    I have sent the paperwork for the CR1 Marraige Visa to the Department of Homeland Security. I did receive a text confirming that my paperwork was received. Is there any other paperwork I need to do? Will they contact my wife for an interview?
