    I am a Canadian engaged to a man from California and have applied to live there. Our application was received September 26, 2012 and we recieved I-1797 C on September 28, 2012. We have not heard anything since. We are filed at the CSC. Is anyone in a similar situation or who have some advice on how to proceed to find out some more information?

      I would continue waiting. They are only working on July 18th for I-129F petitions based upon the processing times.

      It says that they have been on July 18 for the last four months. Do you know if we can find out how accurate that is?

      Sorry, I have no way of knowing if that is accurate or not. I think it has changed though. I remember people from CSC were being approved left and right a few months ago. I think it has changed. But I can't be sure. I'll see if I can find an answer for you.
