Fingers Crossed

Thank you! I actually reprinted the form and wrote both middle names by hand, the box was big enough if handwritten. The rest is typed.
That is smart.
Again, as David & Zoila suggested, you can always add an extra sheet of paper

Hello all,
I got an RFE on my i485 asking to submit a copy of i94. I submitted the documents and USCIS received the docouments on 9/3/2013. They changed my status from RFE to Request for Evidence Response review. It has been in that status for around 10 days now. Does anyone know how long will I continue in that status.
P.S. I have already completed my biometrics
Thanks in advance

Received text and emails for the approval of AP (I-131) and EAD (I-765) is in card production. Hoping for a miracle turnaround to be able to travel Friday because my sisters wedding is Saturday!
No news on an interview date yet. Thursday will mark 30 days, so I will call USCIS as per their instructions, and hope I can get through to a tier 2 person to find out what's up, but I am just happy to at least be going back to work, and to travel home for the first time almost 2 years!
@Sahara24: I wonder if you may not recieve EAD/AP because of how soon your interview is now? Still hoping it will come though!
Congrats!!!!

If the trip is to attend sisters wedding, is that good enough of a reason

Thank you for your responses.
I guess I will just wait to see if I get my AP before end of October. If not, I will try to expedite.
Thanks Again

What is your current visa status. If you are on an employement based visa, and you leave the job, then you may not be able to work lawfully until you get EAD or green card.

I have submitted my AOS packet as is done with my Biometrics. I am running into a problem now, I will have to go to india by November. I would like to know if there is any way to expedite my EAD and travel documents so that I can travel to India.
Any help will be much appreciated.

A little bit of background on my case. I am the intending immigrant and my income is added in i864 to meet the income requirements. I provided past 6 pay checks and an employee letter when I submitted documents for adjustment of status. I am currently on H1B visa.
Now going to the problem. I got an RFE on i864 stating that the household members income should come from a lawful source. Apparently I was expected to submit a copy of my i94 showing my H1B status. My question is should I be submitting the i864 form again with the i94, RFE notice and all the documents I have already submitted(related to i864). Or is it enough just to send a copy of i94 along with the copy of the RFE notice
Please see the highlights from the RFE Notice

Hi Sone,
Check your biometrics appointment letter, I believe you'll see that it is in reference to form I-485, which is completed by you - the intending immigrant. If you are completing the process via adjustment of status (AOS), then I do not believe that biometrics are often (if ever) required for the petitioning USC spouse.
Hi Canuck,
The biometric letter is in reference to form i 485. So it is just the intending immigrant who needs the biometrics. Thanks for the quick response

I got my Biometric interview letter, but it doesnt say anything about the biometrics for the sponsoring US Citizen spouse. So my question is "is the biometrics only for the intending immigrant or does both the intending immigrant and the sponsoring spouse need to attend the biometrics appointment

Receive a RFE, will it delay my process?

I got an RFE. It took around 10 days for me to receive the RFE letter. Now I am in RFE response review for 2 weeks. Please see my signature for the timeline. Apparently RFE is delaying the process
Thanks.
