  1. I'm so lost. I emailed the consulate and got this sent automatically... What does it mean? What do I do after filing the ds-160

  2. I'm sorry, it's just it's not the first time someone hasn't answered my question that's why I thought that. Also thank you for your response! :-)

First of all nobody was ignoring you. Some posts just come up to your eyes, other ones no. For example sometimes there are so many updates on the thread that I just give a look to the recent ones.

Anyways, I believe you should contact USCIS this is the number for assistance that I found.

Say your problem. For sure there is not wrong address, because you receive your NoA2 in the mail, if I understood right. I know the NoA2 is more important than NoA1, but better have everything about I-129f petition, you know. Just in case.

Oh ok. Thank you so much hun.

I would say no. .the NOA1 purpose is to only notify you they have receive your application and it's processing.. You already have confirmations of steps far ahead of the NOA1, so I do not see any reason to worry about it

  3. Hey Everyone! My names Cindy I'm a Haitian- American. This is my second time doing the whole K-1 with a different Boyfriend. First guy wasn't meant to be. He completely changed and humiliated me and God was so great to allow his case to be denied at the embassy. I was in love and blind, but God showed his love for me by blessing me with a loving and caring, most importantly God fearing Man that I have Now. ANYWAYSSSS... I'm not knew to Vj but it's been awhile since I've been on here. I sent my I-129F September 5 2015 and Received an email and text message that USCIS accepted my case. On USCIS case checker thingy... Lol.. It said my case was accepted on the 8th of September and almost two weeks later it was approved on the 24th of September! Praise God! Completely faster than when I filed with my EX. However the weird thing is I received a mailed hard copy of My NOA2 but I never received the NOA1. Does it matter if I receive it or not? Or has this happened to anyone?

  4. I don't think they send a letter saying it was shipped, but you do get the online notification. Have you checked there?

If you were transferred to TSC it's been taking 2-3 weeks for it to get sent, though some get sent earlier than others...TSC has definitely been giving the notification about shipping, but I think CSC and VSC are spotty about doing that. If you're still at VSC maybe it was shipped without you being notified. At any rate, call the NVC or DOS to see if they have it.

Yeah I have checked online and all ut says was that I was approved. Today makes it 3 weeks since I got approved. I just now came from calling DOS and they said they still haven't found any data

  5. when did you receive your NOA2? before, they don't usually send you a notice when a case is transferred to NVC. I am not sure about TSC because they sent us the transfer notice for some reason. you can call them and check it out to be sure ;)

Hey hun. I got my NOA2 july 24th from TSC. And when you mean call...who exactly are you referring to? USCIS. Thank you for your respone!!! :)

  6. Not at all happy that I was transfered. Got an RFE July 8th, I responded to the RFe July 10 and on the 11th received an Email that it was transfered to Texas. Then I got a confirmation by mail that VSC received my RFE on July 16. I called this morning and the 2nd level represntative said that theirs nothing showing that I responded to the RFE......so she put in a service request because its now a crucial matter.!!! I want this part of the wait to be over with already...... : /

  7. I'm Haitian and I filed in February 25th but USCIS received it March 1st, but I follow both February and March threads. I was wondering what do you mean everything in Haiti is twice as complicated.

Any Haitian February 2013 filers following this thread? I would love to keep in touch for processes down the road as I know anything and everything in Haiti is twice as complicated! :)
