How long did it take for you get your visa, since it said ISSUED?

I've been waiting almost a week.

Well January 14th tip is almost 3 weeks. I will say that there were 2 holidays in this time frame where the consulate was closed.

Yours was printed and given to you in record time. I asked the lady when I called department of state if there were any red flags with our case.......she said no everything looks normal and visa will be issued. I do not know what to believe.

There is no reason why they should lie to you...

It most be hard, this whole journey is like a roller coaster. up and down...

I didn't have my passport with me when I did the payments. I only had one copy and they accept it .

I went from AP to ISSUED in one day (28th) but I still don't have any news.

I did the payment in Dic, (2 sep. 160 and 15 , it has to be done in pesos dominicanos). Then 2 weeks after my interview I fill out the DS-160.

You have to do the DS-160 online,print the confirmation page. It says that you don't have to take the entire form to the interview , but take it anyways...

They asked for it, so I was luckily to have it with me.

Get your birth certificate, photo, receipt from BP, certificado de buena conducta.

Separate this : birth certificate, police certificate, photos, passport, ds-160, receipt form BP. This will be the first thing the will ask for.

You will have to pay US 80.00

Also your evidence of relationship, I-134, cedula.

Make sure, to ask the consular officer about the I-156K . They gave it to me during the interview.

Finally is almost here just a few weeks away , just have a question so i have a list of everything i need, but i keep seeing different forms on some peoples interview statements can some one please give me a list of everything i need to take with me to the interview. I rather have more than i need than to be missing things and that is my biggest fear .....

Just be sure you submit it to avoid delay

The officer gave me the form , and said " I don't know why they are not giving you this,please fill in" , after that everything went smoothly so. GRACIAS!!!!!!

But they changed my status to AP today . so....

where can I submit the form?

My interview letter only say to fill the ds160? confused.

The police report will include all his history, It doesn't matter if you lived in Barahona, Santiago , Puerto Plata. It is DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. He will be fine..

Loran's date is 2 days before yours (consulate received)

when did they received your case? Mine is in waiting list since the 9th, and still no interview date. ..

For what I have seen , it takes 2 wks... So i'm confused.
