    when my wife entered, her green card is indicated to expire in 2 years and i want to know what am suppose to do. Is it that she will be qualify to apply for US citizenship? i thought with CR1 is suppose to be 10 years. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. thanks

      She needs to file Lift Condition I-751 within 90 days before expiration date. For example: Her green card will expire on April 2016, then she needs to file I-751 around January -April 2016. Your wife can only receive Green Card that expires in 10 years if the date you guys were married to the date your wife comes to US is more than 2 years. For example: you guys married in April 2014, and your wife comes to US after April 2016.

    I have been hanging here thinking I will hear something from nvc and up to now nothing is showing up. Does anyone know how ong it take to schedule interview after case is completed at nvc?, is getting too long for me or do I have to call the embassy with my case number. Tanx in advance.

    On form I-864EZ question number (16 b) will i add my spouse am sponsring as 1? and add up (a) which is already 2. am confused here and need help.

      If it's just you and your spouse, don't fill out anything else. You're both already counted in a and if you read the instructions, it says not to count anyways twice.
