I got approved on march 12 2013. My pd was July 9 2012 under F2A.

I have completed the NVC process too.

Waiting for a interview schedule.

I can't understand this. How can someone with a PD date of Jun 2012 get approval over people waiting since 2011. Mine is June 2012 but this seems so random, I am happy for her and their future together, I just feel sorry for everyone waiting.

I did able to pay my AOS few days ago and still showing process. Hope will be cleared by this evening.

Hello My people just to give an update, i just called and in my case i havent receive any case number yet will try on monday though !!

I just get my case # from NVC.

I just received my letter of approval from USCIS.

I'm not angry at you but I feel like USCIS slapped me in the face because I filed earlier (and others have filed waaaaayyyyy earlier than I did).

I understand how hard it is to wait and I am praying for all of you whom are waiting to get there NOA2 from VSC.

can u show to us, screen shot of your approved case? coz I don't want assumed that this is only some little joke, playin on us who has PD earlier than u. lots of people PD ON 2011 still waiting on the line to get NOA2. and now suddenly u shows up, with PD mid of 2012? :blink:

I am still waiting to get my I -797. But believe me the case have been approved at VSC. I was also surprised to see my case have been approved before everyone else in the line. Again this is not a place and time to have a little joke were we all are spearated from our love ones.

I will let you guys know once I will received the official letter from USCIS.

Don't wait for the email or text message. The lady at customer services told me its not working i mean the text system. After i talk to her I went on the web site to see my application, WOW it was really approved having post decision activity checked or circled.

Just received the Good NEWS!!
