  1. Hi, Thank you. I Called them yesterday, I spoke with tier1 and tier2 officer, but did not get anywhere with them. They told me they have no clue what evidence is required. The officer who is handling my case is the only one knows what he/she rquires in addition to what I have submitted and they will not dsclose the officer wwho is handling my file and will not transfer to that t person. tey told just wait 2-3 more weeks, if i do not receive anythin in the mail then call back again and i was disconnected.

  2. I received RFE notice via e mail on July 15,2013 and I still do not have a hard copy of RFE as of today 07/24/13. I have no clue what exactly is required by USIC. I sent every thing possibly i could think of with my initial filing of I-129F to VSC. My file was transferred to TSC on June 22, 2013. Thai s where my problem lies. I called the yesterday and did not get any proper answer by talking to Tier 1 or tier 2 officer. They just said wait till i get my hard copy in the mail. As per them RFE is time sensitive. Tier 2 officer told me my processing time stars again after receiving the RFE, which means i wail again for 6-8 months. . This is not fair and there must be some help or solution available. I have noticed here, lot of April, 2013 filers got approved and lot of them are still waiting to get approved who filed in 2012. I failed to understand how do they work with their system.Hoping to resolve this matter soon if any help or advise is greatly appreciated on this matter.

  3. Hi,

I received the same notice via e mail. "On July 15, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the requested information. This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case, you will be notified by mail. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

I have no clue, what exactly they are looking for further evidence. I sent everthing I could think of it with my Intial filing of I-129F. My case was tranfered to TSC from VSC last month. Waiting for the hard copy tp arrive in the mail ans am curuous to know what other evidence or document's are required by the designated immigration officer of my case.

  5. Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting the CIS Ombudsman Office. We are sorry to hear about the inconveniences you are facing because of the delay in the processing of your I-129F petition. While we sympathize with you and understand your frustration, there are times when workloads from one USCIS office are shifted to another office to speed up the processing.

Such is the case where the Vermont Service Center has recently shifted a lot of its I-129F workload to the Texas Service Center (TSC) for faster processing. The TSC requires adequate time to review and adjudicate your case and this process must be allowed to work. Please allow some time for this processing to complete.

This requires continued patience from you as USCIS strategizes to provide you with an adjudication decision as quickly as possible. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from USCIS within 60 days, please contact us and include case number 20132800 so that we may follow up on this matter.

    Sincerely,

    LA
