Well I'm afraid you're likely going to have to make an important decision, temporary loss or permanent?
Yes, I am very well aware of that. Both are important at this moment. Everyone have their unique situation. Unfortunately, my situation is not favorable.

Do you have a business partner? Can you hire someone to help? What kind of business?
No, I do not, It is difficult to leave. Anytime I leave someone to take care of the business I have a financial loss and lose customers. I am a small business operator.

The problem is that the US Embassy does not believe the two of you have a real relationship. You may need to go spend time with her to overcome this.
I understand that. But problem I have is can not shut down my business often and go see her in India or Canada. My livelihood depends on my business.

A lot of the questions about face time are important as certain countries see little face time, or short random visits as not very consistent. Some countries don't care so much about it but again some take that heavily into consideration.
Also, not much time with their family/even full approval can be seen as against cultural norms for the country and there for be a negative also.
You could be right about that. But INS should consider the country/ religion's culture before they make any decision on a general basis.

I don't have time to "go through you profile". We are here to help you and you cannot answer a simple question!? You want me to have a clear picture of your case? That's it! I'm out.
Thank you for your time and understanding.

When was the last face to face visit that you can prove?
Please go thru my profile, you will have more idea about my case and situation rather than just throwing general questions. I appreciate your time and suggestions but having a clear picture of the case might help in solving the issue.

I have just come back yesterday from Toronto, spent 5 days with her.

Is there a certain time limit must be spent by both fiancee' and Fiancee and fiance' by law or as per rules and regulations of the US Immigration. If there is I am not aware or read anywhere in I-129F requirements and Instructions of the USICS..

about a week on each visit.
about a week on each visit. We have been known and together for over 9 years. we talk over the phone probably10 times a day. submitted ever proof of ongoing relation.I am the one who is supporting the kids and put them through college. I am married to her in a way but no legal documents. That is why I want the K1 Visa for her.
-
Married in a way, I meant Not married in a legal way We both adopted and accepted each other as a husband and a wife in the temple without any witness or priest's presence, this type of marriage is not acceptable for legal purposes.
I am very well aware of the next step. I thank you very much for your suggestions and point of view. if you read the beginning lines of my post there are some issues related to my business and my personal problems not related to law or to the immigration matters or related to my current relations, which I can not discuss with everyone on here.

You can try filing a FOIA request through uscis. Was she denied or was it sent back to the US and expired? The second is usually more difficult to figure out. We contacted our congresswoman to help figure it all out.
I did that and also tried through my senator and congresswoman. she had been denied 2 times. No reason was given.only thing I can assume is 3 weeks ago I received a letter from the USCIS field office in Chicago, Il that they had issued me the naturalization Number on my certificate which belongs to someone else whose name and particulars are similar to mine. That was many years ago.I sent the old certificate back to USCIS for the corrected one last week.

Do you know the reasons you got denied?
No, I do not know the reasons. If I know why they denied, I would work on those areas.

I have filed her K1 Visa twice in the past 4 years and was denied in both instances..I know my 2nd option is to get married. I am trying to coordinate to meet the obligations of the marriage license whether it is in India or Canada. Due to my small business, I am unable to close the business for several days. I am not ready to shut down or leave someone behind, a lot of complications and issues are involved which I can not discuss on here.I am 12 years older than her, divorced once and marriage was annulled once. Is it possible or anyone has had a similar experience? Can I file k1 for her while she is visiting Canada?
-
You have been providing for kids, but are they with her at the interview, because if not, if she's the only one leaving it's looks like {for the CO} human trafficking. like she's just gonna go there to find work and send money back to her kids.
Well it is your perception and thinking. Everyone does not think the way you do? Perhaps CO thought the same way. But it is in my record now.
-
What did the interviewer focus on when they asked questions?
Was your fiancee denied outright, or given a chance to submit more proof?
3 questions were asked and she replied them correctly. No she was not given a chance to provide more proof.
-
Did you send a picture where both of u were kissing in the picture? If NO then that might be the reason y the CO said it's not bonafied
I did not have kissing picture's, it is forfended in Indian culture.
You did not answer when you last saw her and how many times you visited, real face time is extremely important
and can make or break your case.
I saw her last in July 2015. Total of 2 times.

The one thing that I have noticed in the many similar threads I have seen on this forum is that the OP inevitably knows the main reason or reasons and for whatever reason does not wish to share at all, or it becomes like pulling teeth to get an answer.
I can think of a few reasons, no idea if they are the real reasons, but unless the OP wishes to come clean then we can just go on and on for pages speculating.
I wish I knew more than other than I described on here. What other odd things are there? I would like to know if there were any in my case. I do not want to make more mistakes or do something which will cause any problems in filing CR-1.I appreciate your input and would like to hear more suggestions and reasons.
Thank you

Do you guys have a large age difference and/or cultural/religious difference?
I do not have religious or cultural difference, I am 13 years older than her. I have seen 20 years older/ younger getting Visas from other countries. Religious, age and cultural differences should not be the issues.
fiancee' Visiting Canada Can I file her I-129 and Have her Interview in Canada
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports

Yes, indeed my relationship is bonafide. But where can find, read or see the requirement of their policies, rules, and Laws of the US Immigration.Do they specify how much time to spend with your fiance' or fiancee'.or they just interpret as they wish to? They have specified every other requirement but not this one!
