anybody same my case i-130 i apply april 18 2013 i receive official receipt april 23 2013. my husband call every week about the case.your case right now is pending and you wait the email for UCIS.i try send other document but the UCIS said you wait the next step what you do.. please tell me somebody same case... good luck every one...

Apriel 22 2013 my husband receive the Form I 797C, notice of action. My husband call uscis ask what the next step uscis said you wait the call and the time process is 6 months to 8months.any body same my case have idea...good luck""""""
