Guys I m back, Too much to explain now I m way to excited now to be back online. Just want to tell you guys that I was in jail for months, and finally out and clear, i was able to prove that my wife set me up and the judge set me free today. Will be back to explain later, got run to see my baby girl now. my attorney also won custody of her. I m so happy

things are getting better for me. my attorney had a meeting with the state attorney that is prosecuting me about

the lies that my wife create. and he tild him about me and took affidavits from my friends and copy of my paoer work about the abuse,my wifes dad also did an affidavit ,he was affraid but ge did it anyway because he knows she is bad to me. my attorney also did a background check on her friends and showed it to the stafe

attorney to prove that it was all set up and she olanned it all. but the best part is that my neightbor

come forward and speak out last night i called her to say that i was out of jail and she tild me that she can testify that she heard everything and my wife starting the fight and trying to have me hurt her.i ask her to call my attorney and she did .

So after that conversation between my attorney and the state attorney,my wife may drop the charges because she may get in trouble if proven that it was a set up and her friends will be scare to appear in court due that they are all on probation and was suppose to be out of trouble and not out on the streets late at the time that the incidente happen at my house. I will know monday when the state attorney call my attorney but he said that he will advice her to drop the charges if she is liying because the truth will come out in court and if she is lying things can get wirse for her.

Panama Guy I went through something similar with my divorce. He ended up making me look like a drug addicted crazy person and obtained custody of my two daughters. I strongly suggest a good attorney. The truth is no where to be found in the courtroom unless you have a good attorney to find it for you. And attorneys are not required to tell the truth.

If social services becomes involved make sure you are on your best behavior always and do everything they say. Even volunteer to do more than they ask of you.

Sadly she probably now has a restraining order against you which will make it all the much harder. File for divorce today and have the judge enter an order that the wife cannot dispose of any of the property or you may come home to an empty house.

Panama Guy with all respect man it wasn't a wise decision having your case approved and keep her living in the same house, now you may have some problems with immigration for your green card and custody of your child, time to get a lawyer for your AOS and for custody as well.Good luck.

hey Sandra i know it make it harder now,but i was waiting for that approval notice to get in my hands before filling divorce and restraining order. i was affraid to do it without the notice in my hands.

She have a copy if my approval notice but my former attorney received one as well

so i got it from him and it says approved with deferred action and also says CLASS IB1 AND HAVE PRIORITY DATE AS OCTOBER 09,2008 i m confused now because my wife is a born us citizen. sandra is there a chance that they think i m outside if US or that she is a LPR?

i m so glad to be able to talk to you guys again.

Hello everyone. i m sure you guys are thinking that i got my

green card already and went on vacation. Yes i was taken away for a vacation

alright...to jail. My last few weeks is been nothing but crazy. my wife got in hold of the approval

notice in the mail before me. she research on it and found out what that was

and planned a evil trap for me. she come to the house with some of her friends and start to try to make me hit her

but i held off. so what she was trhow her self on me so i could have my prints on her body than

she start to hit her self at the furnitures and got some bruises. so she called the police and said that i hurted her and of course her friends supported the lie a i was taken away by the police

. i been waiting for my family to get a attorney to get me out and after a lot of fights with the court system they released me tody and i have to go see the judge mext month. my baby girl is with her and i m loosing my mind. my attorney is working on get this mess clear now. i m exausted,never been in jail in my life and its a horrible place.

Sorry that i disapear for few days , after I saw that my case was approved, i call my family back home and they come in adn took me and my baby girl to orlando for a much need vacation at Disney , we spend few days there and just got back 30 minutes ago. I want to dedicated time to my baby girl and my parents durant our trip so I m sorry that I have not post here.

I have not received the approval notice in the mail but hoefully this week it will come in, tomorrow will be 1 week since I got the great news of my approval .

Thanks again to all of you that support me durant this journey with your prayers and words of encouragment. Spcially Sandra with her advice that help me get this case approved.

Thanks my friends and lets be in touch here. Now I will start the new Journey of waiting for my I-485 be transfered to local office or somewhere else that they will transfer it. Lets wait and see what is next.

They said online to follow the instructions on the approval letter. for those who received approval letter, what are the instructions that they are talking about?

panama guy you have to submit form I-864W and G325A otherwise you will get an RFE to submit these documents and it will take some weeks more, file this form,done and submit and submit to Vawa Unit and they will ship your file to your local office.

I checked the paperwork that my attorney submit when he file my I-360 and I-485 and he sent the form I-864W and the form G325A with it. Should I wait or sent it again?

I filled I-360 I-485 AND i-765 Together, I also sent medical ,My approved I-130, I did fingerprints for I485 and I765 at the local office few months after I apply.

Now I m waiting to see what is next, they probably will transfer my case to the local office or NBC I don't know.

Sandra I know you have helped me alot already but I m curious to know What usually happen after the I_360 is approved .

Hi Everyone

Just want to pass by and post a thank you message to all those that cheer with me yesterday when i got my approval. My day was amazing, i took my daugther and we spend the day on the beach ,I felt so free and I could see in her eyes that she understand that I was feeling good and that made me so happy, I hug her and hold her close to me , and said to her that she dont have to worry no more because I will protect and no one will hurt us anymore. Waiting for the letter in the mail and have a meeting with divorce attorney next week to file for divorce.

Feeling happy.

As soon you get the approval letter get a restraining order against her , bring the cops to the house and take her from your house,do no stay alone with her 1 single minute.Get full custody of your child asap.Change the door locks.

Hello Everyone.

I m so happy to write here my good news that at sometimes i thought that would never come.

Today I went online to check my case even that I for almost 2 years my case didnt appear online. Today it did and its says my case was approved today. I m so happy and I cant stop crying.

Thank you all for the supporte and BIG thanks to Sandra for helping me for the last few months writing letters to VSC, God bless you Sandra.

I m so happy that I cant even explain. for those waiting I know its hard but keep faith in God and he will give you victory.

Panama guy probably your attorney has experience with writ of mandamus, but if you need some help ask me ok,if you think is too expensive to hire your lawyer to draft the writ then i can draft the Complain letter for you and he can review ,sign and submit to all agencies before he files the writ of mandamus .I am giving you some options because i really want to see your case adjudicated soon.

The attorney that I contact said that she have experience with it and she is willing to take care of the case for me, she said that it will be $1.000 to take over my case and do layout the writ of mandamus and also take care of my case till they issue a decision on it.

I will keep you posted on how i will proceed. Hopefully I will receive a decision letter by tomorrow ,so i dont have to hire a attorney.

USCIS had sent me an email stating a letter was mailed. when I called them they said , they have no record of that, not too long after, like about a day, I receieved the letter.. These people are reading from a screen so dont worry too much because thye wont give any information which is indeed frustrating. Now that you have waitied soo long why would you wanna give up now.You will be approved in the name of Jesus. Its just different for men and that sucks, You have your daughter to think about so hang in there.. Its soon over..Hugss

Now the frustation is taking over. I been waiting for 1 week and half for that letter that Ombudsman’s Office said that was send to me by VSC with a decision on my case and so far nothing. I think if they had issued anything it would be here by now, 10 days is more than enought for a letter to come in from VSC to Miami. So i decided to call the VSC as Ombudsman’s Office told me in the email to do if i havent received the letter.

So when I spoke with someone today they told me that they cannot release no information about my case because its a sensitive application BUT he would answer any general question I have. So the only question I need to ask is if they mail anything to me and when... so his answer was , NO we have not mailed you anything and the case is pending with a adjucator.......

I m done with this. Just can't torture myself anymore I have to say that I m about to send a letter cancelling my VAWA and just accept that my life will be like this forever and I will have to follow my wife rules , be abused , probrably get HIV and all others that have out there from her because she uses me for sex when she is high on drugs and dont want me to protect myself, and be whatever she want me to be. Thats the only way I m going to be able to stay around my baby girl and protect her from my wife. I cant think of anything else to do at this moment. It look like they lost my case and everytime i or someone enquire on it , they check and cant find it ont he shelfs or with a adjucator they just find a stupid answer to give. I m almost 9 months over the processing time showing at USCSI website.

Sorry that I didnt post here for few days, My internet was down and comcast was giving me a hard time to come out and fix it ,saying that the problem was in my computers. i told them that all 5 computers in the house was down and there was no way that all computers was messed up. Anyway finally they come in this morning and I just got online and the first thing i m doing now is posting here.

I didnt read the latest posts yet, but I m sure you guys are wooried and want to know if there is any news with my case, but not yet, I m still waiting on the letter that they mailed out. its been over a week and havent received it yet. I m starting to concern because it never takes that long for me to receive a letter when they sent it. My prima facie is expired already and nothign from VSC so far. The last thing was an email that I received from Ombudsman’s office saying that USCIS had made a decision on my case and if i dont received a letter in 15 days to contact USCIS over the phone. I hope i dont have to call them because they wont give me no info over the phone.

I will keep you guys posted. Congratulations to all the new approvals.

yes guys , like Sandra said my receipt dont show at the uscis website. It never did since i applied. But I hope the letter will come in sometime this week. I will post here what the decision was.

I don't think its a request for evidence because the email says that a decision was MADE on my case so I m hanging there. Actually I m handling it better than i thought I would. I m very calm and have a lot of peace in my Heart .

I m praying really hard for this letter to be a answer to the end of this nightmare.

No matter what the decision is I m sure God will be with me and help me to move to the next step, even if its a step down. God work in an misterious way , and i have faith that he will be with me all the way.

Hello Guys

Just want to give a quik update on my case. After waiting almost 20 months finally I received an email saying that they made a decision in my case and I should receive the letter in the mail within 15 days.

Sandra helped me write a letter to send along with the request to renew my 6th prima facie , asking them to PLEASE look at my case because i really need it. Thank you SANDRA one more time.

Now i m very nervous about what this letter will bring. I hope it comes in fast so i can breath.

I m now on mediciation, I went to my doctor and he prescribed me some medication for depression and anxiety.

Seeing that Sandra has done this many times, why ddnt you hire her to do it? Just asking and making a suggestion. All will be well

I don't why i didnt think about it. That makes so much sense. I was so overwhelmed with everythign that is going on in my life that i didnt even think about it. I havent signed anything with the attorney yet, so still in good time .
