    German Criminal Records - help

    Hi there!

    I'm brazilian, but lived for two years in Germany a few years ago.
    Once I just discovered that for the my K1 interview I will need, besides my Brazilian Criminal Records, also from the Countries I've lived more than 6 months, I started the German process.

    I called the German consulate, and they've asked me if the USA demands "Apostille" Certificated Criminal Records, or just the simple one. They actually assume that the simple version would be fine for the US, but they asked me to confirm that.

    Does any one know about that? I hope the normal version will be enough, once the Apostille version takes much longer to be ready.

    I have a question... Did you guys receive any email or text or letter or anything with the NOA2 number? I'm curious coz we still didn't... And our NOA2 is April 23rd

    Heey thaanks! Hahaha who knows? Maybe we meet at the Consulate!!

    So, my fiancé had not received any email or text until last night... Good to know that you didn't either...Maybe they at CSC are having some issue concerning so many approvals...I don't know...

    Hope our case go as quick as it can to NVC and then Brazil! :)

    O meu NOA2 foi de 23/04. Será que demora? Falei com uma menina no grupo do facebook chamado kazetes-vistos que teve o NOA2 de 21/04 e hoje recebeu a data da entrevista... Nossa! Muito rápido! A entrevista dela será dia 15/05... Eita carreira!!!!

    Orra!! Espero que para todos nós seja rápido assim!! :thumbs: Acabei de ter meu NOA2 aprovado! Que alívio enorme!! Espero tb ter minha data de entrevista em breve! :)

    Uhooooo!! I just got home, checked the USCIS website (tenth time of the day) and there it was!

    Post Decision Activity

    On April 24, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E).

    :rofl::dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

    I cannot believe! It's such a relieve after nearly 7 months!!!

    I just hope all run smoothly at NVC and the interview!

    Thank you so much for the support and all the topics you've all written, complaining or sharing your concerns. It helped me a lot to go through all this hard time from CSC.

    For those who are still waiting, I just wish the most you can get your approval ASAP!!

    On 4/22, several #s directly before and after me got approved, with one RFE the very next number. Yesterday another RFE three after me. This makes me crazy, it's only me and the one, two numbers before me that don't get anything out of the 10 I-129Fs in my cluster. These are all NOA1s on my same day. Before and after this small group, are a different type of application.

    My case is even worse: last week between my case-number were 7 others 129-F in initial review. Now, only mine is Initial review and all the others either have been approved, or got an RFE! :( I'm desperate!! :help:

    Hope both our cases got approved really soon!

    Uma media entre 2 a 3 meses ( NOA2 ate a entrevista), pelo menos e o que tenho observado.

    Meu NOA2 foi dia 15/04 e hoje dia 22/04 já estou com meu case number....

    Espero que o processo chegue no consulado até sexta ai é só esperar a data da entrevista

    Uau! Mas ter o Case Number significa que já passou pelo NVC e já vai ser enviado para o consulado?? Se sim, muuuito rápido (e genial) !! :o

    Parabéns pra vcs, espero que a entrevista seja logo! :) (seu noivo(a) virá dos EUA para a entrevista?)
