He is from British Columbia and we now live in NYC. We met at an indie concert in Vegas while he was on vacation and I was visiting family. Never thought I would meet the love of my life in Vegas, haha! After visiting back and forth, weathering hurricane Sandy together and a surprise Christmas proposal we met up in Vegas 2/22/13 and got married. We had the ceremony on the balcony with the view of the Bellagio fountains in the back. Amazing!
Feeling kinda of discouraged...I have a friend who got engaged and put in a K-1 visa for his fiancee in Oct - they just got approved today. While I am super stoked for them, it just is frustrating.
