Yes, you are able to just print them off from online now. Get them instantly with no mail, fax or visiting an IRS office.

You need the Total Income information from the last 3 years, but only need to provide the transcript from the most recent year with the I-864.

We got an RFE asking for most recent tax papers. Originally, we sent them the past three years W2 forms. Do they want the most recent entire tax documents that the accountant prepared (40 pages)????

Also, my husband came here in November, but the tax accountant put that he was here 12 months on one of the documents (just noticed that yesterday when going over the many sheets). Will this be an issue???

So, the embassy must be emailed first in order to initiate the process? I thought they would email the petitioner when an appointment was available!!!!!!

My love has been in the US for almost 1 full month. My how time flies! We are set to be married on Friday (yay!!) and then back to processing paperwork (boo!!). He already has his Social Security number and is getting use to the transit system in NYC. Next on the list is getting a learners permit and then drivers license. We are enjoying every moment of it.

For those still waiting keep the faith. Our filing journey seemed like an eternity but now feels like a very small faded memory.

Wow congrats. We were ISSUED today so the wait now is for the visa in hand. He will be here hopefully on the 7th of next month (NYC). Good to know he got his SS already. Wasn't sure he would be able to get his learners permit without the GC. Tell me more about that.

My fiancé had his interview at the embassy in Barbados. It was Nov 12th. He had to return the passport, which he did on the 13th. Status has been on ready since Aug 29th. They say he will receive the visa within 7 days....... Let's see........

My fiancé had his interview yesterday at the embassy in Barbados. They actually approved him and gave him his passport to travel back to Grenada. He sent it back to them via DHL today along with a pre paid envelope for the return in "7" days.

Let's see........

Hope we get it soon. I want to book his flight for December......
