Thank You! Yes, it's been soooo long. I had to read the case status update 4 times before it registered in my brain, lol. So much to do now! lol.

Congratulations on the I-129F approval. Yay ! Go Get Em !

  2. It is now 338 days (11.3 months) since NOA1.

  3. 5/22: VSC reply to service request - "...wait a minimum of 60 days..." I'm told this is a standard form letter response.

  4. 5/20: Reply from Congressman - his office to contact VSC on 6/3.

  5. 5/16: Opened service request (Outside normal processing time). Wrote letters to Senator/Congressman.

  6. Oh yes, and it took USCIS 229 days to change my address in THEIR system. Want to talk about a complete and total collapse in the processing system!?

  7. May 16, 2013 - Here we go again. Now that it's been 91 days since I filed a service request which never amount to anything because VSC said to wait 90 days for a decision after response to RFE as opposed to the 60 days noted on THEIR website. And, now that I am 325 days past the initial I129F filing - we are STILL waiting. Letters/emails to Congressman and Senators sent on May 13. And the rep that I spoke to had the audacity to get snippy with ME?!? Wow!

  8. Well the day is not quite over so there is still hope but I was really really hoping I would hear something TODAY. [sigh] But alas, NOA1 + 284 days (9.47 mos) = today and another week goes by without a word, a sign, a hint or clue. We video'd last night, Qingming festival. I sure do miss her.

  9. And the wait goes on and on and on and

  10. OMG, the wait is endless. After initial filing, in June 2012, I changed addresses in August 2012. Updated the new address online at USCIS. At the end of January 2013 - status change. I797 and two weeks later their letter arrived (at the old addres which was forwarded). They requested G325 - I'm assuming it was because of the COA in August.
