The Senator's office called me back last Friday to tell me the NVC gave them the same message that they gave to us, and they would put in some sort of request for information on the interviews... unfortunately I haven't heard back yet (probably because the NVC hasn't answered them I would guess)... I may call them tomorrow just to check.

Darnell, we've received absolutely no updates from NVC or the consulate. Our case's final review has been complete for over a month now, and every time we call and speak with a supervisor, they tell us the same things over and over: July appointments were set at the beginning of June, there are less interview spots in summer months due to tourist visas, etc... Last week I contacted one of my Senators and her office is currently putting in an inquiry for us... I doubt it will do much g...

Hello Darnell, thanks for the comment. We are definitely going to go the electronic processing route with our case, as of now we're just waiting for the NVC to receive the package. We want the visa to be approved as soon as possible so we're busy getting all our documents prepared now so sending it all in should be all that's left.
