It was but being first class international via USPS, tracking only goes as far as California.

USPS and Australia post can't track where it is. Sitting here trying to figure out if we abandon this package and send another or wait. So many important documents in that package.

I hope so.. We had some upsetting news and I really need to get outta Australia ASAP. I'm hurrying my fiance to send the I-134 and other docs via DHL express so I can get this done.

I'm so sorry to hear that you had some bad news. I hope this time goes quick for you. The process will be a quick one from here. My fiance sent me his documents via fed ex international priority and it arrived 2-3 days later.

I shall pass on that to my fiance and we'll find the best price. Thanks

I didn't even process the fact if it was a pass or fail.Lol.If it is a fail, wouldn't they tell you? They said they would send a sealed envelope with everything so i have no idea.

I guess if you had of failed it, they would have said something. Sounds like you passed.. Well done..

TIP: When filling out PDF forms... Save it to your PC first, then fill it out, then you can save it if you need a break. If you save it after filling it out, you'll lose your info.

Thanks so much for the tip OZgirl! Has your fiance sent you all the I-I34 documents and form yet? I will get started on the forms this weekend. You know on the I-I34 it doesn't mention tax return as a document but i've seen so many couples say that they had to provide the previous year or previous 3 years of tax returns for the petitioner.

I think my fiance is including tax returns. I haven't yet got the information from him or my co-sponsor. I dont think we'll need co-sponsor, but we have one lined up anyway just in case. I have replied on the May filers thread for the I-134 instructions. Dont forget to remind your fiance to send another letter of intent to marry. It's the same as you would have given for the I-129f, but dated closer to now or interview.

Thanks. I've done most of the forms for the packet 3. SO now kicking back waiting on hardcopy of NOA2 and NVC. Then it's sorting medicals and police check. Glad you made it safely xoxox

Keep watching your timeline and make note of the dates. Depending on other people timelines and responses from USCIS, our dates will change. I think I started off with Dec. Each day it decreases. Woo hoo

Ahhh I have spotted one difference thou.. Your with VCS, I'm with CSC. VCS and CSC go at different speeds.

Yeah apparently CSC is now processing much faster than VSC. But we have faith that it will be approved in the right time
