PD 2 APRIL 13. I received my transfer notice hard copy today, I was transferred to Nebraska. Just want to let you all know and update the google docs so we can track what is going on with USCIS.

You will receive a hardcopy telling you where it was transferred and then you just wait for them to work on your case.

Local office is a office that is close to where you live in your home state somewhere and yes it is quite normal my case was transferred to my local as well as other so don't worry.
