GREAT news!!! Congrats!

I had 3 tickets in the past 23 years. I didn't disclose them on the from. When the IO asked me the question about being arrested, cited etc, I told him about the tickets and that they were all less than $500 and no DUI. He said a lot of people were quoting that and that it was correct. I offered to show him documentation that fines were paid but he said he didn't need to see them.

Thank you everyone for the good wishes. My husband had his interview this morning and passed. He said it was very smooth and simple. They gave him his oath letter right there on the spot and it is for May 15th, next Wednesday at 7:00 AM (now I have to take the day off. )

I will post his review of the whole thing when I get home.

Thanks. Hopefully yours is also on the way. It's so unpredictable. I was in line for a really long time and then they scheduled the interview. A January filer named TOT whose field office is also in LA didn't hear after his/her biometrics on 2/22. He/She was placed in line on 4/18 and then received his/her interview letter on 4/27.

All he asked for was my greencard, passport and Drivers license

I went for my interview today, got there 30 minutes before my appointment time and the officer called me in 5 minuted before my time. He was very pleasant and put me at ease. When he asked about citations I told him about some traffic tickets which I'd paid and was about to pull out the record from the court and he said "No need for those, I believe you. He went through my form and had me sign my photographs then had me read aloud "Who can Vote?" and then write "Citizens can vote" then went to the questions they were:

1. Which group of people were brought to the US as slaves?

2. Which is the highest court in the land?

3. How many amendments to the constitution?

4. Give one reason the colonists fought the British? (I said boarding and quartering and he said I was the first person ever to give him that answer

5. Who is the vice president?

6. Who makes federal laws?

He had already signed my form as approved before I took the test and said "I expect you to pass!" Glad I didn't fail him. then he put my approval in the computer and said I would get an Oath Ceremony letter in the mail. He mentioned there will be a ceremony in my hometown at the end of May and then again in June, so I'm hoping for one of those so I don't have to go to Memphis again.

Just got a text and email to say my interview has been scheduled. Just have to wait for the letter now

I got my interview letter yesterday, March 23, 2013 and it is scheduled for april 24, 2013 at 7:00am. Please if someone can update my info I would appreciate it!!.

Does anyone know if the online status updates are placed manually or automatically?

I'm hoping it's manually and mine is moving along but just hasn't been updated. I seem to remember hearing about people taking their oath but their online status still said initial review.
