    I met my hubby IN june of 2010, and instantly knew I wanted him to be mine, but we had to wait because he was young. Once he was a senoir in highschool we started to spend even more time together, By June of 2012 we got married, I have one daughter who thinks the world of him, there is nothing better to have a bestfriend, lover and a father who is always there for you..I love mi ofnito..and CAN NOT WAIT TO HAVE HIM HOME AGAIN! :)

    I-601 Is out, waiting for the confirmation that it was recieved. Thank fully my lawyer also attempted the expidite. I pray it goes through. just waiting now.

      I just saw that you just started the waiver. Could I ask why your lawyer didn't put the case on hold with NVC after March 2013 when the amendment changed? Did he not qualify for it since he had already left the country?

      The second interview went great and all I needed was 700.00 added to my sponsorship form, how my lawyer missed that I will never know, I think they tried to make up for it by filing an expedite..I hope that goes through. In answer to JDGAM, I believe that had something to do with my husband leaving the country in July 2012. mmm I tried to get his paper work out in September of 2012, but it took till Jan of 2013 for them to even get the i-130 filed, i think they were sooo covered up from the d...
