Asking for a friend....Does she have to file the I751 for her child seperately or do they file together??They are both 2 year green card holders..They receive the green cards at the same time..TIA

you live in West Palm Beach right?i think ur biometrics will be there but i m not sure..I found that my office for biometrics is in New Orleans on this site

Hey we live in Fort walton beach FL and they sent us in New Orleans for biometrics..and my interview (if they send me an appointment letter) will be in Jacksonville..so I think it's normal..just like the others said only the letter and the passport..it took me 20 milutes bcs they couldnt get good prints off my hands..

i agree Skype is the best..also you guys can install viber on your phones if you have data package!needs only internet.wifi or 3g and you can send msg and make calls whenever you want.

we sent our package July 20 and they received it on July 22. NOA on July 24 and biometrics on August 21!

so I'm asking only for a transcription for AOS package right?Once the Civil Surgeon has verified that all required vaccinations have been performed, they will complete form I-693 Part 2 (the vaccination section) and Part 5 (the Civil Surgeon's Certification) or do i need to include all parts of i-693 form?hanks again!!

hi!thanks for your reply..i will call the hospital 2morrow..I'm in th US but I did however bring with me my vaccination record booklet from Greece, where it states all the vaccines I have taken throughout my life, including the ones I had to take for the K1 visa.

Hello guys...here is my problem!i had my medical exam a month ago (for K1 visa) BUT i cannot find th DS-3025 copy and I need it for AOS..so do you know if the hospital is kind enough to give me a copy?otherwise any suggestions?Thank you so much!

The immigration lawyer advised them that it would be best if she went back to the Philippines because the fact that she had immediate family in the States and got married to a US citizen during her overstay and within 5 months of only knowing him,was very suspicious

Ok here's an update...our friend met a Filipino girl visiting the States on a tourist visa. She actually overstayed 2 months and then he married her without knowing the immigration laws/rules. So, he asked an immigration lawyer what to do, and he told him it would be best if she went back to the Philippines, and they file for a CR-1 visa. He is afraid that because she overstayed and also has family in the United States that will raise red flags when they do their paperwork.

So, here's the deal...A not-so-bright friend of ours met a Filipino woman who was in the States on a tourist visa and, without him knowing all the immigration laws, he married her within 5 months of knowing her. He later found out through USCIS that his new wife had to go back to the Philippines and that they would have to apply for a K-3 visa since they were committing visa fraud. I told him to create a VJ account to seek further help, but he chose to hire an immigration lawyer instead. He is afraid that they won't ever let her back in the country. Any thoughts on what might happen?

i called nvc on Friday (March 22) and they told me that my file arrived the previous day and they gave me my case number..unfortunately i forgot to ask when they are gonna sent my file to the Embassy..so tnx nnandrr for asking the same thing...
